The summer has been hard my my diet. Being a teacher, the summer months have no structure for me, which made me not follow it. There have been weeks that I haven't even counted a single point or even weighted in. since I am doing WW online I need to be able to depend on myself and get this together.
I cant totally blame it on the summer though, if before school got out my life started to feel a little crazy, and crazy for me equal not counting. I always hit a bit of a plateau. I was losing, and at a good rate too, then I met my 5% and nothing for two weeks. I really want to get back to it!
