Ok. This week I haven't even tracked a single thing. Since putting in my weight last Friday I haven't even opened the WW app. Tomorrow is Friday again and I have to get in the scale. I know I didn't lose but I just hope I didn't gain too much. I need to get back on track and since plugging in last wee didn't work this week I am going to track EVERYTHING, even if I use up a my daily points and weekly points. I think just I need to get back in the habit of tracking. After almost 3 weeks of not follow the program I need baby steps.
