Over a week on the food list now, 9 days to be exact. It has come a routine so it isn't as hard as I though it was going to be. I have to say after the first couple of days I don't feel super hungry all the day. 9 days on the food list, and I'm 11 pounds down, can't bet that. My favorite thing for dinner so far in sautéed cabbage. Never thought I'd say that.
