Omni 28 more days

Over a week on the food list now, 9 days to be exact. It has come a routine so it isn't as hard as I though it was going to be. I have to say after the first couple of days I don't feel super hungry all the day. 9 days on the food list, and I'm 11 pounds down, can't bet that. My favorite thing for dinner so far in sautéed cabbage. Never thought I'd say that.

Day 2 of loading of my first round. I thought loading was going to be the best part, but I'm tired if it. I'm full should have ate so much but I don't feel like I did it well. I find it hard to eat and eat while drinking so much water.

After loading: 217.8
Yup gained 5lbs!!

A new week a new chance

Ok. This week I haven't even tracked a single thing. Since putting in my weight last Friday I haven't even opened the WW app. Tomorrow is Friday again and I have to get in the scale. I know I didn't lose but I just hope I didn't gain too much. I need to get back on track and since plugging in  last wee didn't work this week I am going to track EVERYTHING, even if I use up a my daily points and weekly points. I think just I need to get back in the habit of tracking. After almost 3 weeks of not follow the program I need baby steps.

The summer.

The summer has been hard my my diet. Being a teacher, the summer months have no structure for me, which made me not follow it. There have been weeks that I haven't even counted a single point or even weighted in. since I am doing WW online I need to be able to depend on myself and get this together.
I cant totally blame it on the summer though, if before school got out my life started to feel a little crazy, and crazy for me equal not counting. I always hit a bit of a plateau. I was losing, and at a good rate too, then I met my 5% and nothing for two weeks. I really want to get back to it!

First day of the rest of my life or thats what we always say..every time I started a new diet. Yes its rough! but you have to keep your eye on the prize. So let me tell you my story.

The first day of the rest of my life first had to wait, I could afford to start. I choose weight watchers because  like the idea of always eating whatever i'd like just with some moderation. I didn't just wake up one morning and decided wow I need to lose weight. I knew it for a while. What pushed me over edge was the idea of the future, my best friend got engaged, and I realize I am gonna be next. Right in the moment when I was listening to the message from my best friend in Rome telling me her big news, I realized I do not want to buy a plus size wedding dress.

I had to make a change, so I looked into weight watchers. I thought it was the perfect way. I had to wait until pay day. March 29, 2013, I started. I was pumped. I started at 226.6 lbs.
